Since our practice focuses on criminal defense, majority of the cases we’ve handled – past and present – are criminal cases. For 90% of those criminal cases, we represented the accused as their defense lawyers.
We ensure that the rights of the accused under the Constitution, especially their right to be presumed innocent until proven otherwise and to confront witnesses against them, will be observed.
Despite our focus on criminal defense, we are also experienced in handling civil disputes, from annulment and marriage cases, property issues, claiming damages, and a myriad of other cases.
Administrative law is another area where we have extensive experience, from disputes between developers and condominium or subdivision lot buyers to conflicts in educational institutions, issues with NAPOLCOM, and DTI,among others.
